Removing grass clippings from ball
Are you allowed to remove accumulated grass clippings from your ball as long as the ball does not move? I'm not talking about removing mud but simply wet grass clippings from the fairway.

No you can't Garth.
Decision 21/2 has exactly that question. Sorry as it's common with the wet grass to have some adhering to the ball.
