    3-wheeled carts

I saw another thread on this with the praise and addoration for Sun Mountain carts lauded and no doubt they are worthy. I am wondering if anyone here has pushed one of the Kaddy Strolers? I'm tempted toward them because of the upright attitude of the bag. I am concerned about the width between the down-tubes between which the bag rests. My bag is pretty "wide" with garment pouches on either side.

BTW, I'm a hacker, not an employee trying to plug a product.

Nice lookin' cart for tour-sized bags. I still walk and carry, and haven't gone the three wheeled push cart route yet...

I got a response. I won't be able to use this cart with my 17th Green bag.

Thank you for your interest. The measurement between rails is 14 inches.

That looks like a nice 3 wheeled cart, but I just purchased a clicgear cart and I'm growing more and more attached to it, I can't get over how small it is when it's folded up. I also really like the top compartment where you can keep your keys, phone, extra golf balls and God knows what else??? The umbrella holder is a nice touch also, though I must confess that I haven't used it yet but I did make sure that my golf umbrella fits into the holder.

The Kaddy does have some nice features. Particularly, I like the upright attitude of the bag in the cart. I also think the non-treaded tires are a good idea as well as having pheumatic tires (air inflated).

I suppose that I'll have to to with one of the 3-wheeled carts on which the bag sits up on the single "rail". Those pretty much require that the bag tilt back quite a ways more than the "cradle" type 3-wheelers.

But, I think also that any well designed 3-wheeler will probably be a lot easier on my back than one of the old traditional 2-wheeled pull carts.

I went ahead and bought one like this http://www.linksmangolf.com/?gclid=C...FRQsIgodURBMxg
though I found it "barely used" on eBay for substantially less. Maybe I can "upgrade" from solid tires to pneumatic ones. My son works in a bicycle shop and can probably get wheels and tires of about any size.

I'll drop a review of it here after I receive it and use it.
