The Greens have not been cut very slow like putting off the Fairways of a bent grass course. Lots of leaves twigs all over the greens.
Ya, you're right, the back was pretty wet, I got lucky with where my ball ended up. But overall it's not nearly as soaked as the last couple years have been in tyeh spring.

Cedar glen back 9 is Dend of spring dry and greens are nice. Front nine was full of leaves on april 20th but was the first day it opened. Greens were really nice though. Calabogie Greens were awesome (except for the 6 holes on exec) and it was really dry for just opening!

Just played Manderley an dit is in great shape for this time of year. They actually had to water their fairways because they were so dry and the greens look as good as any green during peak season.

Casselview this afternoon---greens in excellent condition----not one blemish anywhere---a little slow. Approaches to 9 and 18 not good, or 14---I guess just too much water in the creek this year. A little bit of standing water here and there; but overall not too bad ---well worth going out. Before you go look around for a "snow wedge"---you may need it on a couple of holes In all seriousness its worth the trip.

    Yes--another season started

Forgot to check for their prices--I paid last minute with EG 15.00--and carts where out

Played Les Vieux Moulins today and it's in ok shape. Only a few wet spots on the course, the 13th tee is still moved up because of water but that almost makes it a more interesting hole. There are a few greens that are in pretty good shape, but most are pretty bumpy and slow. I'd say good spring conditions overall, another week or two and it will be in great shape.

What time did you play and were you with Dan? I thought I saw him in front of us on the back nine. Course was really in good shape, my first time playing and thought it was an alright layout, but you can def take advantage of how short it is.

Just joking, we didn't catch up to you until the back nine around the hole with the really elevated green. One of the guys left so we were down to two, so we justed took our time and gave you guys some room.

Played Pineview today and its looking real good. Its getting better every year I play it and for the start of the season it is worth the 25$. Not too busy and they are low staffed so you need to have the carts back by 5ish. Course is dry and they cut their greens today so they were roling nicely. Looking for a course? Start here!

Vieux Moulins spikes all of their greens excepts a couple that are pretty shaggy. The course is dry except for 13 which is having its usual flooding problems close to the tee. It makes it a lot easier hole to play, I finally got my par on the hole and over the water in regulation. The rest of the fairways were quite dry and I was very surprised that they had not let the power carts out yet. It was nice to see Bogeygolf hit a 300 yd drive off 17 tee.

Anyone played Nation yet? I am going there on Sunday and was hoping to get some feedback. I know Casselview is in great shape and hopefully it will be in good condition too.

There has to at least 5 posts above.................

Just played Stonebridge and it was in good shape. The fairways look like they got hit the worst and have some winter mold but the greens are in great shape. Good time to take advantage of being able to find your ball when you miss the fairways.

Just got back from the Meadows. Played West-South and I was really impressed by the conditions. Fairways are looking great, no wet spots, and the greens were really good. Apparently they've been cutting them for the past week, not very shaggy at all. Had a nice quick sub 4 hour round too. Great morning!
