Which one did you try and why didn't you like it? I can assure you that these shafts are excellent.

    Thumbs up Good news

Good news. Mercury shafts and grips are now available in Canada. I ordered some grips yesterday and got them today. No customs, no brokerage fees, no waiting for 2 weeks and all this in my own currency.

    Thanks Andre,

I became involved with Mercury after buying a set of the Pro Kevlars on Ebay. I just loved the feel and results. I suddenly found clubs that were consistant, shot after shot ! I now know why the LD guys use the Pro Kevlars.

I eventually tracked them (Mercury) down and, as they say, the rest is history!

You are right! The full line is excellent! The equipment that produces the shafts is so advanced over the competitors. Once they dial the shaft in to spec, they are able to produce the same quality on every single shaft they run. Each shaft is CPM Certified at the factory! Sure cuts down on build time! We try to ship sets +- 1cpm.

I built a driver with a Savage Shaft last night. I am a believer in Spining shafts, but I could not find a Spine on that one! I have an interesting email that originated on the spine talkers forum about the quality if anyone is interested!

Mercury is also one of the first manufacturers to adopt the Equalizer System put out by the PCS! Very Progressive company yet very affordable!

If I can help at any time, let me know!

    Jim

I would appreciate a copy of the email that you referred to above. It can be sent to sagolfer114@hotmail.com.

It is refreshing to see that your company is producing superior quality graphite shafts for the full range of golfers, at affordable prices. Too many golfers think that if they have an expensive UST, Graffaloy, Aldila shafts in their clubs, that they are getting the best available. Not so! Many of their lines are very inconsistent from shaft to shaft and have too large a difference in frequency between the NBP and S1. Your guarantee of a 1 cpm difference around the shaft shows how good they really are.

If the same guarantee holds for the Savage Stepless steel shafts then obviously they are better than most Rifle and True Temper shafts that are produced.

Golfers are becoming increasingly aware that top quality shafts produce consistent results and I hope that your Mercury shafts soon get a foothold in the market.

Have been a fan for awhile of SK Fiber shafts because of their quality, however, when my current supply runs out, I will definitely try some Mercury's.
