Quebec City? Need a recommendation.

I'll be passing through QC with a golf buddy this summer looking for a place to play. Any recommendations will be appreciated. We don't mind paying upwards of $80 with a cart if the course is great. Web links would be great.

I know that one of the Stastny brothers owns a course up there, and I have heard it's nice... but I haven't played it.
