    Indian food

Just curious what you guys think about indian food? Like? dislikes?

    What is your fav dish?

I know what every indians fav dish is but was just curious what the non-indians like as their fav dish

for the record, ask any indian walking down the street what their fav dish is and 75% of them will say butter chicken (aka chicken makhni)

In Ottawa - Butter chicken from the Taj in Britannia across from the Theatre.

In Kingston - Beef Rogan Josh or Chicken Jalfrese (spelling?) from Darbar (intersection of Princess and University).
    Back at it.

We loooove Indian. Butter chicken is a favourite a dish we always order no matter what else we get. We like the one from the Taj too. Yummy onion bhajis, Garlic Nan, Rogan Josh, Boti Kebab, Pilau Rice, and one dish done very very spicy. Wowsers.

We like the Taj, Light of India and Havellis. (Kanata). Don't really like the one downtown so much. Although we preferred Havellis when they were in the market building in the byward market. Things seemed different after they moved.

    Ok I want some Noooooow!

Chicken Tikka Masala and chicken vindaloo are two favorites of mine...

A little restaurant in Kingston called Curry Original is just amazing...
