    Funny I could have sworn that environment canada was forecasting a cooler than normal spring, but currently they are forecasting a warmer than normal March-April-May and also a higher than average precipitation for the same period.

    Funny I could have sworn....... that the Weather Network's 14 day forecast is calling for more snow tonight followed by a couple of days of slightly above temps and then back -1 to -6 highs from March 16 - 25 with snow in the forecast for everyday except two........
