    Jeff Healey R.I.P.

    For any of you old enough to remember, Canadian music legend Jeff Healey passed away today. I had been fortunate to be able to spend private time with Jeff over the years. Not only did we loose a great musician, we just lost a fantastic person.

    Saw him in concert once, Canada Day at Landsdowne. He was fantastic. Definetly too bad!

    I saw him close out the Tremblant Bluesfest in 2006, put on a great show. I also had a chance to see him at the Smoking Gun in Bells Corners about ten years ago. Another great show in a small venue.

    I had the pleasure of meeting him at the Rainbow years ago.Sat next to my wife and i at the bar and chatted all night with him.A class act if i ever saw one,just like a regular guy
    We still laugh about that night now!Great guy
