Golftown in Kanata
My dad stopped at Golftown in Mtl on his way to ottawa yesterday and ended up talking to the future manager of the golftown in Kanata. They are coming (finally) and should be opened by March. This should be a reliable source as like I said he is going to be the manager here in Ottawa. Finally a super store for golfers here in Ottawa.

In KANATA? That's a bummer.
While I like Golftown, I have never found it to have lower prices than Chuck Brownes.

GolfTown in Kanata - GREAT!!!!
While there prices may not be better than Chuck Brown's, the strore I was recently in was probably 5 to 10 times the size of the Bells Corners Chuck Brown's and had way more selection. It also had three hitting bays and a simulator or two. And they had an inventory reduction sale in mid-August.

I hope they have a huge selection of golf balls at lower prices.
Too bad they are in Kanata. I live @ Innes and Hwy 417 and since Pro Golf shut down their store on St. Laurent Blvd and the golf store on Industrial closed, there is nothing close by.

Most of the times, prices are the same since Golf Town says that they will offer you the lowest price. And if you find it lower somewhere else, they'll sell it to you for that price and give you an additional rebate of 5% (Except Calloways and special orders). Can't lose. And they do have quite the selection.
