Swing Analysis - Gimick or Useful
My wife got me a certificate for a complete Swing Analaysis. Does anyone have any opinion on this? Did you find it useful?
I am not in the market for new clubs, and aside from a Spring tune-up evry few years, I am not interested in taking lessons.
I am a pretty consistent 6-7 handicap.

The swing analysis will pick out your strengths and your weaknesses in your setup-swing and finish position. What you to do after that is up to you. I may be an eye opener.
Some people are like Slinkies... they're really good for nothing, ... but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs...

Ya might want to make sure that the dude doing the analysis is qualified to do so, as in CPGA PRO! Otherwise, I would classify it as a '' get you in the door and by some stuff of me '' deal.
