Phone Books
I just got a call here at work from some lady asking if I've received my new Yellow Pages phone book, and I had to stop and look around the office to see if there was one, before I could answer her. Turns out I didn't.
It's not that I don't need to look up numbers every now and then, it's just that I don't even consider getting up from my desk and pulling out a 10lb book, flipping through the pages for 10 minutes only to find that the company is under a different category and that fingers look like I just got out of booking at the local police precinct.
I guess my question to everyone is, Does anyone still use the old phone book over the much quicker 411.ca / Google combination (or alternatives)?Let's put a Smile on that Face!

I almost never use a phone book unless my computer is not on or not handy.I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

I hate using phone books ever since the text size was decreased. If my reading glasses are not handy I am not going to find the number anyways
If I am sitting right here I use 411.ca
I do have 3 phone books sitting on the shelf beside my desk, but I rarely use them.
The interent, such a wonderful inventionMy opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

You should be able to request not to receive a phonebook. I have not used mine in years.

Just started using Google around Xmas---now thinking of throwing the phone book out with the Bell service as well----lets not go there.
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

The phone book is good for providing a little extra weight in the trunk of the car - that's about it

I got my yellow pages last weekend. The person delivering was kind enough to throw it in a snowbank. The hole was a bit of a giveaway...
