Portable Power question

HI all

With all the techies on here i wonder if someone might have an answer for me.
I am looking for a device that I can plug a standard ac plug into to power a portable DVD player for about 2 hours or so? The portable DVD player has a battery but it only lasts about 3 hour and my kids have a 5 hour flight so wondergin if thee is any optin out there?

What airline are they going on? Some air canada flights have plugs on their seats. (the airbus a319). I'm assuming that they aren't regular batteries?
Also, depending on the airline, the movies on the plane may occupy them (air canada has personal tvs in their Embraer, while most WestJet flights have Live bell expressVu). I'd call the airline and see what entertainment there is.

yes, when travellign on air canada it has been great, but this is on a charter and they do not have the percaonl tv or the plugs.
