I've loaded up a few clubs lately: replaced my 56 & 60 with new spin-milled, added a new 5 wood and a nice hybrid.

I'm now over the 14 club limit, going 4-pw, and I'm unwilling to toss the 4 iron.

I'm leaning towards tossing the 3 wood.

You could just get rid of the putter. I haven't seen you make anything over 3 feet since Martin was the PM.

I was thinking the same thing. In fact, the 3 footers are the problem.

I am going to follow the rule that if you're not hitting a club well, take it out of the bag, thus I shall remove the 3 wood.

The putter is the only exception to that rule.

Took me most of 2007 to change the whole bag, so just some tweaks coming...

D - Taylor Made Burner TP 9.5 / Grafalloy Comp Proto Pink X Stiff
    3W - Taylor Made R7 Steel 15.0
3H - Adams Idea Pro 20.0 / Aldila Proto by You
    4 - Pw Taylor Made R7 TP / DG s300 (Just changed from X100)
    52/56/60- Nike SV Tour Black
Putter - Ping G2 Craz-E (Black inserts not the traditional Blue)
Pretty Much a TM guy now. Was a Titleist player for a long time.

Anyone taking bets on this configuration actually being in Geoff's bag when he tees off for his first round?

I can guarantee it, because the golf fund has officially expired. I have a few debts to pay off first, but the only change that might happen before spring is getting a Scotty putter to round out the bag. Other than that, unless I can trade stuff, the bag is set to start the season. Sure I've said this before, but I have big plans for some personal stuff come springtime, so unfortunately I won't be able to amuse my forum friends with all my wheeling and dealings. I know this will disappoint many, but all good things must come to an end at some point. We'll call this a hiatus, if you will.

I, however, am going to stick with what worked last season...

Driver - Taylor Made 510TP with DGS300 steel shaft at 43.5"
Hybrid - Nickent 3DX 17* with NV65 stiff shaft (this might not last...)
    5-wood - The Magic 5-wood
    Irons - 3-PW Cleveland TA3 Gunmetal, DGS300
    Wedges - Cleveland CG10 Black Chrome 54* and 60*
Putter - A Chipshot Golf.com Rossie copy (this is probably safe now that Indio has bought Big Easy's Red X, which was very tempting... Thanks Indio! .

I should also mention that I did pick up a set of Japanese issue Mizuno S-30s yesterday so you never know...

Them some purdy sticks. I hear there are many after those irons, and I'm suprised Jarred hasn't tried to snag those wedges from you.

I have just added an Odyssey Black #2 to the mix.

I also added a 905R (Fuji Fit On) this winter and a new set of irons, MX23's (Nippon)late last fall along with a TM200 3 wood (Fuji Rombax).

I have options going into next year with putters, Drivers and 3-woods. I would like to say I am set but you never know!
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.
