Collecting golf balls...

Hey Guys. I had a question for the Ottawa folks, but if this question doesn't belong here I apologize.

I was given a Nike BOB golf ball, and I wanted to get some golf ball display cubes, but have yet to find any in Ottawa. I thought maybe Ottawa Sports Gallery, but they don't have any. Any suggestions besides the Ebay route? Shipping there is insane!

Side question. I'm going to Bent Grass in Bells Corners soon and was told to bring my clubs. Has anyone gone there? Do you bring your whole set up? Any advice is appreciated.

Tyler - I can't help ya out re: display cubes for balls but in terms of Bent Grass, bring your entire set. If you are looking to cut down on the number of clubs and/or weight you can leave your wedges at home. I find anything with a loft higher than about 54* is basically useless as the ball will hit the ceiling before it gets to the screen.

Is that an "indio" ball with the wrong name on it? What kind of display are you looking for---1 ball or numerous balls?

If you are looking for single ball cases go to solutions in the trainyards mall. It's right beside golf town. They have cases for golf balls, footballs and other things all the way at the back of the store.

Denverb, thank you so much!!! I got a flyer from them a few months back, and was trying to remember what the store was called. I will check it out.

As for Bent Grass, think I might check it out next weekend and play the Coeur d’Alene Resort with the floating green. I checked out the website for that place, and it looks amazing! That's somewhere I'd really like to play.
