If your an avid Yahoo Fantasy Golf follower please consider joining the 1st Annual Golf Ball Fantasy League.

I've been involved in a lot of different leagues and always enjoyed the leagues where you could actually win golf stuff. Well with the Golf Ball Fantasy League you can win a sleeve(3) of golf balls for having the highest score for a designated week. I've arranged to have 6 weeks in the first half of the season and 7 weeks in the second half where you can win a sleeve of balls. These weeks will be designated by Ottawa Golf Blog and will include the Majors plus a sprinkling of other great tournaments. Please see my blog for the list of sleeve weeks.

The first week to win a sleeve of golf balls is the first week of the season the tournament for all the winners from last year , the Mercedes-Benz Championship who's cutoff date for Round 1 players is Jan 3 5:00am EST. So you don't have much time to enter.
For winning the first half of the season they'll be a dozen balls up for grabs as well as with the second half.

If your good at Fantasy Golf you wouldn't have to buy golf balls for the year.

In the event of a tie during any of the golf balls sleeve weeks both teams will get a sleeve for the 1st and 2nd seasons if there is a tie it will be whichever team had the most amount of 1st place weeks during that half.

The type of balls for the winners will be what ever I pick up at Golftown and since they're coming out of my pocket they won't always be ProVs they'll be balls like Bridgestone e5, e6, Nike One Black and Platinum, Taylormade TP Red Black, Srixon Trispeed, AD333 and the like.

The league is only open to Fantasy golfers in the U.S. and Canada only as I can only afford to ship there.
