About 10 years, I do not grow facial hair very well. Which is ok by me as I do not want a stache anyways. I would actually love it if my head hair fell out!
My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

Two weeks I think. Anyone considering growning a 'stache though, should look at Andrew Raycroft these days before they do so. That should stop anyone from going there, ever.

I would take me about two weeks to grow a proper mustache. Not some scraggly thing that looks like dirt.
I actually grew a full beard/mustache once as a surprise for my parents when I came back from school one term. Can you say Grizzly Adams?
I actually didn't look that bad with the full beard. I shaved it off in stages and left just a mustache for one day. Holy crap did I look stupid! Some people suit mustaches, I am not one of them. Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

I would give up all my putters to be able to grow a proper horseshoe moustache. Then I would get a perm and would be all set.

I just grew a goatee and shaved the bottom off to have my first thick handlebar stache Its looks wicked. People actually get out of my way when I'm walking towards them (ok fine, one person did today... but I'm expecting more). I'm going to spend the next few days walking into people and seeing they move

Well, since it takes about 6 months for me to grow hair on my head, I won't even contemplate a stache

About 3 days. I am one of those unfortunate guys who has tons of hair everywhere (except my head). My buddies wife calls me "chia mike".
