Is that a savings of $8,500 per membership (initiation)? If so that's an awesome deal.

Holy Crap that is a great deal, I wish I had not bought that new front door and the new garage door becuase iwoould have jumped on this offer.
My wife on the other hand may have had a different idea but hey a couple of lunches at my new clubhouse and she would have been fine, maybe a few specialty drinks too, OK a lot of drinks, AH HELL, nothing would have worked, she would have killed me.Lefty Lucas

Sounds too good. What does a transferred membership include? Are there any restrictions to a transfered membership? Are there any additional payments on this membership besides the annual dues and bar tab? I did not think that Club Links allowed memberships to be transfered except to family members.

These r Corporate there is an $800 per transfer fee paid to Clublink. These r full membership that my Co. owns and I am moving to NS and won't be coming back.
If I can find someone who wants to use them great for golf and Clublink.

Is $4000 essentially the initiation fee that we'd pay, then pay yearly dues on top of that? Sorry if I'm making you repeat yourself, just want to know what the complete costs would be and if this would make me a full member with the standard rights that would go with joining Clublink on my own...

You would pay $4000 for the initiation, plus $800 to transfer to you. These are one time only.
From there, your annual dues are the membership fees, plus the F&B.
Very good deal for anyone looking to get into CL.

Just curious, if you are a corporate member is there a way to transition to becoming a "personal" member?

I haven't had a chance to look yet, but there may be conditions on the corporate membership when it comes to transferring to another club or requirements on the primary member, etc.

you can transfer between corporate and personal for a 10% fee of the initiation.
but there is really no benefit at all to moving from corp to personal. corp is better as it allows for the transfer of the membership in case you leave the area, as is the case with the originator of this thread

You can split it up if you buy direct from Clublink.
It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.
