And besides, having Katherine Roberts there to add some sparkle to the competition can't hurt much. From what I'm reading, it looks like the winner will be parachuted into 4 events on the Canadian Tour.

Anyhow, it'll be interesting for a while, I suppose.

Over a year ago I contacted TGC and pitched them an idea for a reality golf series. My idea was for a "regular joe" skins game with PGA pros on their bags for advice/tips. 4 equivalent handicaps drawn at random competing for big $$.

It would be way more interesting watch some mailman from Tulsa trying to sink a 4 footer for $25000 then watching Freddy do the same thing.

I like the idea, especially since some skins matches just don't seem to work well on tv. Why not have joe average have a shot at mega-bucks. Why should freddy get it over Tiger? They don't need it.

I would watch that show. Get 100 000 people to say the same thing, and I bet someone would buy it.
