    Presto resto!

I've been wanting an oil can for a long time and finally got one this past summer, but it needed to be refinished. So I sent it into the custom shop back in November and voila, here it is just in time for Christmas. Here are the before pictures:

I'm pretty happy with the result although I wish they would have taken it a bit easy with the buffer. All the great old mill marks that were all over the head have been buffed out. But still, she's a beauty queen. I had it gripped with a chord no chord grip as an experiment, and I like it so far on the carpet. Anyway, here are the 'after' pics.

wow, how did they do that? Just curious how much you paid for that (just the purchase price). Man what a POS it was before you restored it.

Thanks guys, I really like the different colours you get on this depending on the light. And Hacker, I'll definitely game it as long as I don't sell it first. I have zero intention of selling it, but I've watched myself enough to know that I should never say never, lol.

Cost of the restoration is $145+shipping.

lol, those are the small snowbanks, only 5 feet high. The 7 footers are on the other side of the driveway. Not quite tropical Baconaterburg, your snow must have melted already? No?
