bearbrook has been available for quite soem time, but no buyers are interested in it.

"The Bear" has been up for sale for the past 5 yrs.. The price is roughly for the property and "brook"..It's a package deal

Rumor has it that it may not open in the spring... Lots of construction work done on a couple of holes that are now un-playable. No tarps on the greens also. Heard owner down south and not too interested in coming back.

It really sucks this whole Bearbrook thing. I was planning on getting a membership over there this summer. Pretty cheap and 5 minutes from my place. But now that I hear that it might not open in the spring, and if they are trying to sell, even if it opens, it might not be kept in very good shape I guess if the owner doesn't care for it. Oh well, probably gonna start considering a EG membership.

Try Hammond. If you are that close to Bearbrook then Hammond must be pretty close too.

Consider Corporate Golf or Reservation Masters if you are looking at EG.

Thanks for the advice. I have won a RM last minute membership through the Fantasy golf league after all, perhaps I could just do that.
