Bought 1 for my son's B'day last winter my GF usues it loads but he's still stuck on the 360. I must say I did rent Tiger's 2007 and it was much more chalenging then on the 360
Bad days golf, better then a good days work!

How realistic is the Wii's Tiger Woods?
Is it on the scale of Bentgrass? -sans the ball?

I find that TW 2007 is pretty realistic, for a console game. However, I don't think it comes close to the feeling of being at a place like Bentgrass or Golf-O-Max.
The main problem with the Wii TW 2007 is mainly in catching the sensor right. I have my Wii sensor on the top of my TV. So when I go into my backswing it seems to be on a wicked delay. But worse than that, if you want to hit a half shot, it's near impossible to get the "feel" that would be required like the indoor golf pubs.
However, if you want to cheat a bit If you stand facing the TV, square on, you can swing your arm up and down and or tweak your wrist moreso for shorter shots.
I love the game, although I don't play a lot. I'd still like a 360 because those games are much more interesting to me (Halo 3), but I enjoy my Wii.

I cannot figure out where to buy one (Nintendo Wii)... no stores seem to have them. Am I missing something? Lots on E-Bay but will end up paying more than cost for it... any ideas?

I've got it. Tons of fun, lots of interesting gameplay. I find it a little easy, though, but my wife and my 5-year old love it.
I've got Tiger Woods '08, but haven't had much chance to play it yet. Swinging the wii-mote certainly doesn't feel like swinging a club, though. I do like the putting, more than in '06 at least.
Probably be getting Guitar Hero 3 before x-mas,
Bought mine at Electronics Boutique (traded in some old stuff).Sucking at golf is it's own reward.

that game pisses me off.
i can play guitar fine, and everyone assumes i can play that game like a master. cept i cant get past level 1... its retarded...
i say instead of buying guitar hero buy a guitar and learn to play it. its much better around a campfire than a video game

Guitar Hero for the WII is hard to find, my question is that I bought Tiger Woods 07 when it came out and I am wondering if it worth to go to 08?
