The course has been on the Clublink radar for a while because of financing issues a couple of years ago, but I had not heard of anything recently.
It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

I would be very surprised if CL swooped this one up, it would provide a western Mtl location for them but with no clubhouse I would be very surprised that they would moe on it.

the course has a great layout. i like it alot... weve had a tourney there for the last couple of years. but yeah their clubhouse is a trailer, which is kinda ridiculous for a course thats on the top 100 public canadian courses list...

It is a fun layout for sure (Graham Cooke design) with great conditioning.
As you mention, not only do they still lack a clubhouse,(at a course that is set in a subdivision of Mc-mansions) while their website has an artists rendition of a clubhouse that is 'coming soon' boasting 45 lockers and 4 showers for guests. Check it out:

Needless to say the trailer falls sadly short of what the website boasts, making one's arrival at the course somewhat disenchanting.Al Gore didn't invent the internet, but he did invent global warming.

I was checking out their pricing and it has come down a lot in the past couple of years. Used to be that you'd pay $85 to play the weekend. But for $50 weekday, this is pretty good value!

Yeah - their greens fees aren't too bad now - the dusk rate is really good, but you have to get on there right away because it is a bit of a hike to get a full 18 in on that course in the evening. It is one of the nicer courses I have played in the area though.
If you're gonna walk on thin ice, ya might as well dance.
