Yeah, I got tired too.
Followed some big guys link to the promise land.
Im sure theres some heated discussion going on over a rice dish in Scarborough, about now.
Anyhow, Im not making any promises regarding frequency of visits as my primary focus still lies in finding employment. Having said that, I'll chime in once and again.
Hopefully the banter here is plentiful and engaging.
Cheers lads.

Hey hey hey, spelling and grammer were part of grade school, you know.
How's life treatin' ya, my friend? I haven't seen you in quite a while. Maybe with colder months approaching you may get a break from work related stuff for a bit.
We should definately set up some sim golf for the gang once I get some cash flowing in.
Thanks for the welcome mat, lads.

Thanks AP and TKO.
I doubt it will be long before many of the regulars from "over there" make they're way over here. Mods have become a serious issue and so many of the entertaining folks have either left or don't post any longer.
Im a member of a few Nautique ski boat forums and I've never witnessed a single edited post or member bickering. Can water sport enthusiats be that much more civil than golfers? Or is there something else contributing to the lack of fun and free speech?

Ha ha ha, my final post was a beauty. Still civil enough to not even get banned but a kick in the pants, for sure.
I love to stir the pot BUT in the thought provoking manner. Not just stir the poo to make others suffer through the stentch.
I'm starvin', who's got munchies ?

Not you too Will Buddy!
Glad to see you make the trek and found the promise land. Welcome to the site. I do not know who will post more in a given year, you or Big Shooter. Should be fun to watch the post count. A real great gang over here with a superb owner + mods.
Now I can say 'without fear of a ban' that I build the sticks that reside in Will's bag
See I am even having more fun already and hope you do too.Kind regards, Harry

Apparantly he's one of the close minded "owners" of the site. He's been trying to cover up the mess himself and the other owners created by being absent 99% of the time and leaving their moderators hung out to dry.
Don't be surprised of a competing site based in TO pops up in the future and really starts depleting their membership. They've already lost close to 20 people this weekend. And the people they've lost aren't just occasional posters either.Proud Member of the '07, '08, '09, '11 & '12 TGN Ryder Cup Team!!!

Welcome Will, and to all the other TGNers I may not have welcomed before, enjoy the site. You'll find the atmosphere here to be great. Lots of golf talk, and other stuff as well. If any of you guys have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask.

Welcome Will....I see you are from Kitchener...my hometown actually before I moved up here. Where do you play down there? I get down periodically (am going down this weekend) but not bringing the clubs. I'm a big fan of Grey Silo (though who isn't), and quite like Rebel Creek. My dad is a member at Galt and I've played most of the tracks in the area, with the exception of Westmount. Maybe one day.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

HOLY CRAP it is like a COMING OUT PARTY here now! There is more Toronto traffic here than there is on the 401 in the GTA Willy, Mule, man they are arriving at a steady pace.
I am glad I was not the only one fed up on the "Other Side" I was here for quite some time before I left "THERE" and I do not miss the Toronto Zoo at all
Welcome aboard boys. You'll fit right in here.My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

*** Mod alert ***
Folks, just to keep the record straight, we are not here to steal away the users from TGN. This site has been in existance since before TGN, and has welcomed golfers from all over the world to chat in a friendly environment. We are pretty open and friendly here, but please make sure you read the Rules and FAQ that can be found above. And one of those rules is Personal Insults and Facility bashing. Please try and not make any heavy handed remarks against TGN. You may have been unhappy there, and this is a fresh start. Let's not hash out old grievences from that site. And please no more veiled comments about TGN's owner or moderator and the types of food that they may be eating. Thanks for your co-operation and hopefully ongoing enjoyment in golf and other discussions.
It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

Yay, more Leafs fans!
When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
