Finally discovered a driver set-up that put me in the fairway more often with considerably more distance. I was also pleased with the results of my hard work in getting the the club in the slot and staying on plane. All of this translated in to superior ball striking wich in turn made the game much easyer on the space between my ears. If I could only putt !!!~

I'd have to add to this, since it happened on Jan 6 2007, playing golf in January!
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Won closest to the pin in the Pharma Plus Tournament at the Canadian.
Got a hole-in-one on #8 west at Emerald and broke 100 too (95).
Shot an 88 at Anderson (ONCE - LOL)

Wanted to break 90 but didn't manage
On a good note got a lot more birdies this year than before
Stayed in the low 90s for most of my games. Except really playing a course for the first time.

Managing to play at all this year was accomplishment enough for me.

For me it was finally really getting hooked on this game, of course after buying an awesome set of Cally fusion irons. A hole in one at Lombard Glen.
Breaking 100 twice this season, first in Sept with a 97 and then in Nov with a 92 at Mapleview.
Joining RM which made it possible to afford to play so much this year.
being married to a man that loves to play golf and actually golfing more games that he did. Also having some of my scores coming close enough to some of his to make him worry about me beating him soon (not that there is any competitiveness between us )
Learning to relax and just play the game, sometimes good sometimes bad, but not letting it get me upset when it was bad!!!Never dreamt I would ever get so hooked on this game!!

Playing a round with the esteemed Geoff Johnston. That is my highlight.

Well I managed to play more then last year which was great. I also won the Ottawa Golf Channel Amateur Tour. I also played well on the Slammer Tour and managed to finish the year in third place. All in all a good season and I almost met all my goals.
