Just a head's up for prospective buyers.

I'm not sure if they still offer it, but at one point Rogers was offering a really sweet "switch to us" package which included free HD-PVR among other things. All that was required was to turn in an old satellite receiver.

If they still offer that deal, one of these would be a good way to get in on it.

You need to hand in a HD receiver to get the HD-PVR for two years. If youhand in a plain receiver, you will get the non-HD PVR free for two years.
