Round and Ribbed
As far as grips, what is the difference between round and ribbed?

A ribbed grip has a ridge that runs up the underside of the grip which acts as kind of a reminder, it's like a spine inside the grip that runs the length of it. It almost makes the grip feel a bit more ovalish in your hands. It's a much different feel i find.

I'm re-gripping my clubs and I don't like the golf pride logo on the front so was just making sure which type to get so I can flip them.

Most companies catalogue numbers will have an "R" at the end specifying a "round grip". Also there's usually an embossed stamp just on the inside edge of each grip. For example, Lamkin would use a code like 58R or 60R. The number refers to the inside diameter of the grip (.580" or .600"), and the letter R means "round". I believe that Golf Pride uses the same codes.
When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
