You have to be a member for the first 48 hours.. After that if there are any left the public can buy.

I think it is worth the $100.00, I think that's what it costs. You get to have a shot at all the items 1st. You still need to be quick as items do sell out, but most times you can get what you want....The choice you have now is wait till Jan 1, 2008 and get the new members cover plus other gifts - or do it now get the 07 stuff and with the Holiday cover plus others stuff coming out. If you did it now you still might get todays SPOOKY cover.

I like your thinking, did it about 2 minutes after Lance posted I needed to be a member, funny i have been thinking about it all week, just had not gotten around to do it.
