Annoying locked threads

Dan, isn’t it possible for you to dump the locked threads to the bottom of the list or discard them completely. I find it annoying that locked threads are always visually available when “shopping”.

No, but I am sure it's less annoying than opening one to discover it's sold.

Granted but some of them are sold but still not locked. You have to filter locked threads and sold but not locked threads. Is there a reason they are locked threads and not deleted?

I think the locked threads are a good resource. You can research what the going price is for items, and you can also track where something went if you want to hit up the new owner.

Deleting them also messes up post counts.

We can't force people to close threads consistanlty, but at least the closed ones you know are no longer available.

One option also is that they can be unlocked if the deal fell through and/or the seller has changed his mind and wants to retry selling it. Our own Geoff is a great exampleJust kidding Geoff

I don't suppose there is a way to sort thread so that the locked ones are at the bottom or perhaps filtered out?

Setting on: Locked/close threads are shown at the bottom of each page
Setting off: As usual
