    GT Customer Service

Like many have said here before, their customer service is A-one. Bought a pair of Addidas Powerbands about a month ago. Recently there is some sort of clicking in my left heel. Took them in tonight, he couldn't find anything wrong with the shoes, but gave me a new pair. Top notch.

Was that a "clicking" or a "Ticking"?

It could have been the internal trade clock....................

    Sorry buddy

The ticking is in my head, the clicking was definately in the shoes.

I've also had good experience at Golftown.

Earlier this year I bought a POS Ping Vantage bag that had some major issues with the legs from the get go. GT had no issues with me trading it in on my current Ogio Edge bag.

Here's one for ya.Talk about great service

I had a Bag Boy cart bag with some small issues. Clip used to retain individual clubs within the bag were broken( 2 of them) I learned that Bag Boy would replace or repair this bag if I took the bag to the nearest golf store ( GT). I did so and received a credit for 159 at GT to replace the Bag Boy cart bag. Well I spied a Sun Mountain c130 and just had to have this one so I paid a little extra to get this bag. It was not in stock so I waited for a few days for one to be shipped to Ottawa. When it arrived I observed that the bag appeared to have been used and had the sale rep at GT indicate this on my receipt. When I got the bag home I went through the pockets and found 4 Pro V1 balls which were used. This sort of upset me as it was obvious that the Toronto store shipped a used bag for me. I called GT and was assured that they would look after me. A few days later I had a "New" C130, a full credit for the extra I had spent on this bag and a couple dozen new golf balls. Quality service at it's best! Poor service from Toronto..great service from everyone at GT Ottawa.
