What is the best product for a new car. Would appreciate suggestions from those in the know.

soap and water. get the salt off it in the wintertime. Run it through an auto wash in the winter (the ones without any brushes). this will clean the underside of the car as well. Cars don't rust like they used to years ago.

A good coat of wax once or twice a year helps as well.

We take our Accord to Krown. I would think their product is the best for protecting from rust.

I use Krown myself. This is for my son's new car from California that has been sitting in the California sun for close to a year. Especially interested if there are paint coatings available that are effective.

i think any of the oil spray places are good for underneath, but for the outside, soap and water, then good old wax....u can use a clay bar to help remove
dirt etc after you wash the car, then then ago over it with a good polish, then a real good good of wax....
There are lots out there that give a good shine, mothers, mequirs ets, but for the
winter i give mine a couple of coats of good old turtle wax...seems to last through
the winter..
