swing change - one plane?
This is my 3rd season of golf. My average score is 98 and not getting lower. I have been taking a lot of lessons and hitting the range 4-6 hours per week, in additon to 1 or 2 rounds per week, but can't find consistency with my swing. In fact, it seems to be getting worse. I find that I am really never on plane and this is obvious on video. I have been using the "modern" 2-plane swing, but out of desperation have been looking into the one-plane swing (moe norman style). I tried it on the range today with mixed results, but of course I don't really know if I'm doing it right. Don't know if it's relevent, but I am left-handed and swing right.
So here's my dillema:
Should I stick with my current swing and try to improve it, or make the leap to one-plane? Any pros/cons of either? Any one-plane teachers in Ottawa? Thanks.
