Rock retaining wall.
On Manderley's 4th hole there is a very small retaining wall behind the green, about 1 - 2 feet high. The wall is made from stones, which could be debated as natural, but in my opinion, not when built into a wall configuration.
If my ball lies close enough for the wall to inhibit my swing, I feel that I should be given relief (immovable obstruction). My playing partner disagreed.

You are correct (provided the wall is not used to define out of bounds behind the green).
Even though the wall is made from stones (natural objects), it becomes an immovable obstruction when "manufactured" into a wall. Similarily, a tree is transformed into an obstruction when manufactured into a bench or ice when manufactured into ice cubes.
FYI - An immovable obstruction is fixed. You are not allowed to remove loose stones from the wall.
