Protective Plastic Holders for President Cup Tickets??

Does anyone know who in Ottawa would carry protective plastic holders that would fit the 3 " X 8" President Cup tickets.......??

The tickets must be visible at all times, and if there is rain they certainly will not last........ It would also be nice to protect them for souvenier purposes.

I checked both Staples and Grand & Toy websites.
G & T have Convention card plastic pass holders but they are only in the 3" X 4" range.

That would be an easy option, but there is a bar code on the back which will likely have to be read, and the reader may not pick it up through a laminate.
Similiar to the grocery store when the reader will not pick up the meat you have put in one of those plastic bags, and the cashier has to pull the bag back so the reader can pick up the code.
