Attention Harmony 8800 users
I bought my Logitech Harmony almost a year ago on Ebay (killer price too). Whe I started to use it I noticed that you could actually put the remote on its cradle in such a way as to not charge it. It you wanted to charge it, you would have to slide it back or forward a bit depending on how it sat in the cradle.
I read on the internet that the first batches of the remotes made, had a cradle that was not a "perfect" fit. Therefore such an issue existed. On these cradles, after a while it was possibler that the pins, would nto made good contact with the remote and therefore the remote would not charge.
Well, almost a year later, this has happened to me. I called Logitech and with absolutely no hassle, they have said they will send me a replacement cradle, free of charge, and I sould keep the original cradle.
So, just as a heads up, keep this in mind; in case the same thing happens to you.

Sorry Rez - I thought that Harmony 8800 was the name of the drug that the team of pink-clad idiots was taking to make them believe that they could beat us in the up-coming match play challenge..............
