    Lake St. Joseph

Have any of you played the Lake St. Joseph course in Muskoka? I'll be playing it on the weekend and would like to have some idea what it's like.

    Thanks for the help.

I was there in June, have fun, and take a cart.

I think you will be impressed Mike. I haven't played it but have heard great things about it. Here's a review:

I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

"What is it like" is a pretty open ended question, and every answer will be different.

It is a beautiful Muskoka course. But I have never played any Muskoka courses other than the Clublink ones, so I can't compare it to some of the others up there.

Of the 3 Clublink courses in the Muskokas, I preferred Rocky Crest and Grandview to Lake Joseph, but I would be happy to play any of them anytime. If they were located side by side and priced the same, I would choose to play any of them over EagleCreek.

Thanks for both of your replies. I'm looking forward to playing this course.

Not overly difficult but fun. Lots of elevation changes which means blind shots galore. If you choose to walk, as I did, they have shuttles on various parts of the course that take you up some of the big climbs. With the shuttles, walking is fine.
