Match Play Round Used for Handicap

It is my understanding that a golfer can use the score from a match play round even if there are strokes that are conceded. The score that the player would have most likely have made on the hole should be used.

    Is this correct?

Is there a limitation on the number of holes, where concessions have taken place, that can be used?

BTW: I played a most enjoyable match yesterday against a young man, who beat me on the 18th. He scored 70, I scored 69, however, I had to give him strokes on two holes, and that was the equalizer. He had to birdie the last three holes to secure the win. Geat fun! Great golf! And we played by the rules.

    Yes.

For unfinished holes, the most likely score consists of the number of strokes already taken on the hole plus, in the players's best judgement, the number of strokes that the player would need to complete the hole from that position more than half of the time.

There is no limit to the number of unfinished holes a player may have in a round provided that failure to finish the hole is not for the purpose of Handicap Factor manipulation.
