Question Critique my swing, vids included...

I need some help with my swing, I have taken two lessons so far this season with another one coming next week. Last year when my swing looked worse, my scores were better, I was about a 12hdp.

Now I'm a 15-17 and have lost distance noticably in my driver. I have attached a few links to my swing, with either a 7i or driver. My swing was getting better with lessons, but has fallen off the wagon as of late, I'm hitting high fades or a straight push with no distance of course.

Can anyone help with what I could be doing wrong? I assume my face is open as I'm fading it, is my path wrong too? Too much inside/out? My problem last year was outside/in. I feel like my hips are going faster then my arms/hands, so when I'm contacting the ball, I'm too far behind and leaving the face open.
(sorry that the movies need to be turned 90*, wasn't sure how to change that...)

    Thoughts?
    Thanks!!

Well I won't be much help with the swing other than to say it looks like you might be hanging back a bit. However, if you rotated the camera 90 degrees there's be a 50/50 chance we wouldn't be watching you swing upside down

Yeah, looking at a sideways swing is not real easy to do.

I am really surpised you aren't hooking it with the sidehill lie like that.

I am not a pro at any streach of the imagination but this is what I see:
    1) losing some of the wrist cock right at the start of the downswing (can result in numberous bad things - loss of distance - fade or worse)
    2) "bent right wrist"/"flat left wrist" appears to be breaking down at impact - maybe I don't know for sure because it was very hard to pause the footage at the right time (kind of got it only once). See if you can pause it at impact, on your camcorder or using provided software, and look at your wrists.

    Take it or leave it.

    Back at it.

You seem very upright in your posture kinda standing up with a squat. It can stay this way but i have a feeling that your wrapping the club around yourself in the backswing and the downswing.

You are losing structure by this in my opinion, meaning your arms are bent through impact and beyond. not good. makes for alot of pulls, thins and timing issues.

i would like you to try a couple of things.

with your right hand, feel as if you are stretching out your left arm just a little bit as if the left arm were a rope and you just pulled barely enough to get the rope straight....keep this feeling throughout your stroke, dont over do it.

i would like for you to go to BOTH ARMS STRAIGHT, AND I MEAN OUT OF YOUR SHOULDER SOCKETS ABOUT 2 FEET AFTER IMPACT. I MEAN IT.

you have no axis tilt on the downswing thus you swing around yourself once again. there should be a bump of the hips toward targetside that way right shoulder gos down too the inside quad of ball.

    start with that, we'll see.
