I will depend who's team you are on for the Match play, the greats or the idiots we can't have all the players together from the same team you have to be playing against your opponent.

Fall 2007 Ottawa Golf Forum Members Fun Day.

Eagle Creek , Saturday September 22nd. We have reserved 15 tee times starting at 11:00 in 8 minute intervals

Please note that Club Link members do not have to pay for the golf, you only have to pay the difference between the cost of golf and what ever other option you would like (ie. cart or buffet).

All prices are per person and are BEFORE taxes! Registration deadline is September 7th.

5. Join fun Match Play. Priceless

Roast Beef Buffet:

Assorted dinner rolls
Pickle tray

Mexican Dip with Nacho Chips

Slow Cooked Roast Beef
Sweet Thai Pork Stir Fry (just for you Eldred!)

Dessert table which includes: assorted cakes, pies, dessert squares and fresh fruit

Now, we have made this as simple as possible for everyone (well, except maybe the organizers ). LBH has been in discussions with the Club Link folks for the past couple of weeks and has worked out the details (a big thank you Pierre).

You DO NOT have to call Eagle Creek to register! A guarantee has been provided to Eagle Creek that members will show up if they have registered here in the forum! You will be able to pay at the club on the day of the event. So please make sure if you say you will be there, that you show up or we will have to send Vito and his companions to look you up

To register for this great event all you have to do is add your name along with the name of any friends you will be bringing with you on that day. You will also need to indicated which option you are signing up for. (golf only, golf & cart or Golf + cart & buffet). You may sign up as a foursome or let us place you in a group. Don't forget, for those of you who wish to partake in a bit of friendly matchplay, you can indicate that you want to be on one of the 2 teams (Geoff's Greatest Golfers or Indio's Idiots)

Bugsy will be looking for people to help organize some prizes for the event but she will also post another messages asking for assistance.

It was quite wet yesterday for the Citizen. We played nine and some of the fairways were quite wet and soft. Almost no roll on your drives

Alright, it's taken me a while to do the math. My wife is due on October 10. Our first came 2.5 weeks early. So, subtract 17 days from October 10 and you get Sept. 23.....looks like I'm all good.
