The closing tourney at Outaouais is on Sept 22nd, that why we couldn't get that date.

Nat you can play in the match play. It will just mean someone will be joining you and Dave in your group.

Hi Chris, when speaking to Outaouais' about our fun day, they couldn't accomodate us because their closing is on September 22nd,

Bob, not sure if they are still interested (I will pm to check) but Fallys said he and his better half would be interested along with Eldred and his better half. They'd like to be grouped together if they come, but the lads would like to be part of the match play, playing each other of course.

So that's 4 more potential bodies.

Yup, they both indicated in the poll that they wanted to play and Scott actually posted that he would gladly pay over $100 for golf and a meal at EC. He has benn online several times and hasn't signed up. I figure I am not going to push this on anyone. If they want to come all they have to do is register. there are still 5 weeks to register so I am not worried about it at all. At that price, many people will want to play in it and I am sure I can speak to some friends and get them to signup if the OG members won't

Match play would be fun but I haven't worked out a handicap yet so I guess I will have to get out my last few score cards and put them in the system or give it a miss this time.

You tell hubby that this is a FUN day and not serious golf and to get his butt out with us!

By the way, you said #3 but indicated that you would prefer to select from the menu so I put you down for #2 (golf & Cart) if you did want just golf and buffet (no cart) let me know!

Everyone,

We have decided to organize a few side-games for the event on top of the match play so here goes...

1) Gross Skins Game for the event. $10/participant

2) Combo Pack: $10 and you're in for all of them
- Longest drive (from blues, from white, from red) on #9 - drive must be on fairway
- Putting contest (after the tourney) on the practice green
- Closest to the pins (blues, whites, reds - #4, #11) - ball must be on green
- Go for the green in 2 on #18 - Put your ball on the green in 2 shots and write your name on the sign

How to sign up for those side-games? Simple!!! On the day of the event, there will be a money jar and a sign-up sheet at the pro-shop. Simply say what event you want in and put the right amount of money in the jar.

For each event (#1, #2), we will split the money equally to the winners...
