Certified Handicap Factor for GAO Public Players
Hi,
I joined the GAO Public Player program this year and with it I received a blank "RCGA Certified Handicap Factor" card. I signed up for the Public Player tournament in August, and I need to have this card updated or certified before the tournament.
My question is, how do I do this? Where do I get the card filled out? Is it at my 'home' course?
Also, currently all of my scores were recorded online from my home computer, and I didn't add any other player's information when entering the scores. Is this still acceptable for an official handicap?
Thanks.

If it's the GAO public player tournament they should have access to your scoring record so the card is kind of redundant.
The PP co-ordinator should be able to answer definitively though. Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!
