Its a scam designed to sell crappy clubs at a premium...do a search on rec.sport.golf under "warrior".
Someone asked about Warrior in another forum here...I did some research, and its as shady as it sounds.

Phone scam's
I have had two or three calles from a bogus company in the united states who represented themselves as purespin golf. They were offering the same type of deal to play their clubs with a guarantee if you did not like them you could send them back.
As it turns out I heard in the news some time later that they were a scam ripping people off of their money.
So watch out for this kind of activity. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!
