3-way match play

Can this be done? There are three of us playing on friday and all three of us want to play match play with someone. How can this be done? If I am taking my 3rd shot, FC1 is taking his 2nd shot and FC2 is taking his 4th shot then I'm stuck in the middle. Go agressive cause I'm down a stroke to FC1 or play it safe cause I'm up one stroke to FC2?? There must be a 3some game out there similar to match play.

Just play it as 3 seperate matches. A vs B, B vs C and C vs A. At the end of each hole factor in your handicaps and procede as normal.

Why not make it a skins game?

Just play skins. It's a pain in the ass to play match play with an uneven number of players.

I play three matches all the time with the Slammer Tour. It's a blast, I have only once encountered a real tricky situation, 17th hole I am just off the back with a chip for birdie one FC has already made five and the other has a putt for birdie. I am +1 with the FC who has carded a bogey and -1 to the FC with the birdie try.....what to do I thought. Anyway, I went for it and missed but got away with it by making my par putt. I like the format of 3 matches because it presents you with new situations on the golf course.
