The mallet looks like it has the same sole as the hibore XL.

I am buying the mallet VP one. Tried it out for an hour at GT and could not miss anything inside 10 feet. The putter is what's been keeping me from breaking 80 and this one is easy to see if you are not addressed properly. Great feel and great weight to it. Just my opinion.

I just saw this putter on the Golf Channel tonight...very interesting alignment aid. Gotta try it out at Golftown.

Claude, good luck with it, with your talent you should consistantly be in the 60's; but please let me know when it comes up for sale so I can get myself a Christmas present.

I am only hoping to finally break 80 with the new irons and the new putter. I have been struggling with the putter for the last 2 years and it is the only reason why I have not been able to break 80. I have been close many times this summer with 80-81-82 often but the putts were always around 30 a round. I am hoping that this putter will finally get me there. I know you like buying my stuff but I made a promise to my minister of finance to stick with the new irons and putter for at least 1 full year.

Just played 3 rounds with it and went from 34 putts a round to 29 so 5 strokes less, just like that. I am still working on it though with speed but the alignment is amazingly easy.
