friday afternoon pace of play question

    Hi,

I will be out at the ottawa airport friday afternoon until around 1pm. What courses near the airport (15 min) would have the best pace of play for a round starting around 2pm on a friday? Meadows? Stonebridge? Falcon Ridge? Other? Thanks.

    Stonebridge.

Only very, very rarely have I ever exceeded 4:30 for 18 holes. This includes weekends and holidays and even then I think it was 4:45.
Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

traffic at hunt club or even through manotick to barrhaven is terrible friday afternoons. I'd re-consider emerald or the meadows. have a good round.

Stonebridge will make up the traffic time duruing your round...stick with Stonebridge if pace of play is the most important thing to you...

Stay with Stonebridge. They do the best job of keeping you on time.

Emerald links on a Friday afternoon would be a 5+ hour round.

Well, I have not experience that 5+ at EL while I play... I played EL mainly on Fridays all last summer and I being out at least twice on Fridays this season... (I start playing around 16:00/16:30)

I'm trying to switch my games to Stonebridge based on the feedback but I dont like when they take my cc...
