Westend Ottawa Golf Lessons

Hey I'm looking to get some lessons for my dad (in Kanata) and I'm wondering if anyone knew of some good places. He is just a beginner and wants to get his swing into reasonable shape. I think that a series of lessons would be the best bet.

So far I've looked into Kevin Haime ("8 Hour Beginner Group Clinic") which is 4 classes x 2 hours @ 195.00 but this seems to have alot of stuff on etiquette and such and not as much time out actually hitting the ball. The other place was the T-To-Green golf school (Boyd Ave) where its 4 lessons x 1 hour @ 135.00.

Can someone help me out here between the two or suggest something else that is near Kanata. I will check into the 19th tee but I can't find the website?

You could check out Warren Grant. He's now doing some teaching at Greensmere which is only a short drive west of Kanata. His web site is below.

You might try Al Harvey at Limebank and Mitch Owens. It is also called" T to Green "
he gives lessons for 50 bucks an hour for seniors. Also has a deal for 3 lessons at 120 bucks.

Alright I will check those places out. Has anyone done that Beginner package @ Kevin Haime? Looking for some feedback.
