Nickent 3DX driver tip diameter

Hi everyone,

I'm over here on the left coast (Vancouver), but came across the site recently and have really enjoyed the discussions. I have a question regarding tip diameters (which I'm sure you get a lot of), but haven't been able to find an answer elsewhere.

I have a Titleist 905T driver with a YS-6 shaft in it (at a .335 tip diameter). I also have a Nickent Genex 460 with a Grafalloy Blue, but I'm not sure what the tip diameter is. I've recently gone through a fitting session, and it was determined that the Blue would fit me well. However, I'd like it in the 905T, not the Genex 460.

I did some research online, and Grafalloy seems to produce the Blue in both a .335 and .350 version. I tried to find out what tip size the Genex is, but can't seem to find it (which, presumably, is because OEM's don't want me doing what I'm trying to do).

Does anyone know what the tip diameter is for a Nickent Genex 460 driver?

Don't know but you could measure it with a caliper right above the ferrule. You might also factor in tip prepping before doing so.
The blue only has 3.25 of parallel tip section so depending on how it was tip trimmed you might not find the answer you are looking for. If you write Nickent I am pretty sure they will get back to you with an answer.
