The Leafs, Rangers and Devils all stayed at The Brookstreet this past week.....my folks were in town for a visit and they were staying there and they saw all 3 teams. Lou L. and Larry Robinson were eating breakfast beside my Dad and I on Monday morning in the Hotel restaurant.

Maybe the visiting teams stay elsewhere like Cartier and the Sens stay at Brookstreet during the playoffs. That would explain it!!

    That's a good point

I'm sure that some teams probably don't mind the commute from the city to Scotiabank Place, but if I was a coach, a nice Hotel far away from the night life would be my preferred location

Yes, years ago used to see many a visiting player in the drinking establishments on Elgin Street late into the night. Saw some interesting happenings..............

Coaches likely would prefer the boys to hang out in the Brookstreet Hotel "Options Bar" or if they are real adventurous visit the nearby Barley Mow........!!!!
