A guy I work with paid almost $1400 US for 4 300-Level seats for game 4.

Easily payable and I don't make a lot of money.. This is the Stanley cup boyzz!! I read on the site though that you can only buy two tickets at a time.. Kind of sucks.

i thought eBay had a zero tolerance on scalping? Though you had to get face value at most for tickets on there ...

oh, found their ticket policy, you can turn profit, but not break local laws in doing so :

"Ontario residents: Ontario province law limits the resale ticket price for this event location, so your maximum bid cannot exceed $2000.00."

Same law here in Alberta but ALL Oilers tickets sell on eBay for higher than face value because EVERY home game is sold out. There's no way eBay can regulate that.

All you need to do iis sell another item along with the tickets.

e.g. 2 nose-bleed tickets & a photocopied picture of Sparticat for $1000.
That way the tickets are sold at face value of let's say $150.00 each, and the Sparticat picture has a value of $700.00

i'd be careful w/ that. They tend to have 'BS' clauses on laws s othat if someone is obviously attempting to circumvent a law they can still be prosecuted (like selling maps to a kegger, so you aren't technically selling the beer i nthe kegs ... they ca nstill pick you off for it).

I'm going to attempt to set up my HDTV outdoor in the backyard under the big sky..
It's going to be amazing with enough people from the neighbourhood singing along with Lyndon Slewidge's rendition of O Canada. Can't wait!!!!
