    Pretty new to website and Golf

    Hi all,

    Although I have actually played golf a few times before with family I am still pretty new to Golf (and this website). I have picked up some clubs peice by peice at flea markets and am ready to give it solid go this year!

    Heres hoping we get some good weather in Ottawa this year!

    I'm sure that you'll find plenty of helpful "tips" amongst the various posts here but most importantly, you've found a very active golfing community filled with very friendly Guys and Gals who are always willing to offer up a tip here, a laugh there and a spot in a foursome.

    Welcome, now starting my fourth season and have found the "Instruction" section particularily helpful. I think you will find this is a great site.
