i understand where it comes from and totally respect brian but sounds a lttle out of context. Im surprise Brian would recommend unless a specific problem with a specific golfer..
hes so laggy im shocked at this one. must be a drill not a swing thought.
please...more about the WHY, thanks

Ok. It is one of Brians video answers on how to create more lag. He calls it his lagpressuredrill. Thumb off creates the lag pressure and forefinger off helps you to load and store the lag. I just found it helped with hit reflex also.
He has changed his site somewhat so I don't know if it will be easy to find now.
Oh! and yes it is def. a drill.
